The US Constitution guarantees our rights, but unless we understand and exercise them, we lose them. Although the 4th Amendment protects us from government invasion of our fundamental privacy rights, it has been on life support during recent administrations.

10 Rules talks straight, ripples with humor, and draws blood with its pointed examination of law enforcement in our cities, providing crucial, relevant advice on how to use America’s unique Constitutional protections.
