Coastal Progressives’ Immigration Information Response Team will meet on Tuesday, August 9, at 1 p.m. in the Centro de Ayuda office, 410 SW Hurbert, in Newport. The agenda will include planning for the Cindy Sheehan tour with Veterans for Peace and Justice, which will be stopping in Newport on Monday, August 22. We will also be discussing a possible alliance with Oceana in Lincoln City.
